Virtual card FAQ.
Do I need documents?
An email or Telegram account is enough to sign up. In some cases we or the issuer may ask for documents, as required by law or issuer rules (Terms, Section 4).
How fast is a card issued?
Usually within seconds of paying the issue fee from your balance — the details appear in your dashboard. USDT top-ups are credited after network confirmation, typically in 2–10 minutes.
What fees will I pay?
1,990 ₽ once for the card and $0.50 per successful payment. Non-USD payments: 3% conversion; declined payments: $0.60. USDT top-ups: 4% (1 USDT = $1). Moving money to a card: 0%. No monthly or inactivity fees.
Will it work for ChatGPT, Netflix or Apple ID?
Usually, yes: many foreign services accept Singapore-issued cards. But each merchant decides whether to accept a card, and for Apple ID the account region must match the card's country — that is, Singapore.
Can I get money back from a card?
Yes. Close the card in your dashboard and the remainder returns to your Orris balance minus the closing fee: $5, but no less than 3% of the remainder. If the remainder is below the fee, it goes towards the fee. Funds return to your Orris balance, not to a bank card; withdrawals from the balance are reviewed case by case (Terms 8.3).
What if a payment is declined?
The payment amount isn't charged, but a $0.60 declined-payment fee applies. Message support and we'll help find out why.
Can I add a card to Apple Pay?
Yes, the card supports Apple Pay and Google Pay. Add it manually in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Tap-to-pay works abroad.
