Affiliate Program
Last updated October 27, 2026
1. General
1.1. This offer sets out the terms of the Orris Cards affiliate program (the “Program”): referring customers, calculating and paying commissions, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
1.2. The offer is accepted by signing up for the Program and confirming consent in the dashboard. By accepting it, the Affiliate agrees to all terms, including the commission methodology, advertising restrictions and grounds for reversal.
1.3. The Affiliate promotes Orris Cards independently, in their own name, at their own expense and risk. The Affiliate is not a representative or employee of the Company.
1.4. The Company decides at its discretion whether to admit an Affiliate. Every Affiliate is subject to moderation.
2. Referred customer
2.1. A referred customer is a person who has not issued an Orris card before and issues their first card within 30 days of following the affiliate link.
2.2. Clicks, sign-ups, transactions and commissions are tracked in the Company's system, which is authoritative; third-party analytics are not grounds for recalculation.
2.3. Duplicate sign-ups, fake accounts, artificial traffic and other attempts to manipulate attribution are excluded.
3. Commission
3.1. Fixed commission — $1 for each referred customer who spends at least $10 within 30 days of issuing their first card. Cancelled, refunded, disputed, declined and fraudulent transactions are excluded.
3.2. Revenue share — up to 20% of the Company's fee revenue from the referred customer's transactions for 180 days from their first card issue.
3.3. Revenue share cannot exceed the Company's net margin on the transaction — its fee minus its costs for that transaction. If the margin is below 20% of the fee, the share equals the margin; if the margin is zero or negative, no share accrues.
3.4. Commissions are reversed for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, technical errors or incorrect attribution. Commissions already paid are deducted from future accruals; if insufficient, a negative balance is recorded.
4. Accrual and payouts
4.1. Each accrual is held for 30 days from the transaction date. It becomes withdrawable after the hold, confirmation of the customer's activation and verification of the accrual.
4.2. The minimum payout is $25. Commissions are accounted in US dollars. The payout method is agreed before payout; its fees are borne by the Affiliate.
4.3. To withdraw, the Affiliate must be an Orris Cards customer and pass any checks the Company requests.
4.4. The Company may suspend payouts on reasonable suspicion of a breach of this offer or the law.
4.5. The Affiliate is responsible for taxes on commissions.
5. Prohibited
Advertising and claims:
- calling Orris Cards a bank or misrepresenting the Company's legal status;
- promoting the service for anonymous transfers, sanctions evasion, tax evasion or money laundering;
- spreading false information about pricing, features, limits or card issue conditions;
- promising bonuses, discounts, promo codes or guarantees not approved by the Company;
- claiming that customer checks (KYC/AML) are never performed.
Traffic sources:
- darknet, sites with drugs, weapons, fake documents, illegal gambling, adult content, carding or piracy;
- bots, fake accounts, click or conversion fraud, cookie stuffing, attribution spoofing;
- email, SMS or messenger spam;
- search ads on Orris brand keywords without written consent;
- promoting cards for casinos, betting, or buying crypto on exchanges and P2P platforms.
Brand and abuse:
- sites, domains and accounts impersonating or copying official Orris resources;
- self-referral, transactions via your own link, multiple affiliate accounts, using relatives or nominees to inflate results;
- paying customers cashback, gifts or other incentives without the Company's consent.
This list is not exhaustive: the Company may prohibit other practices that create risks for it.
6. Reviews and sanctions
6.1. The Affiliate receives a limited, revocable right to use Orris logos and promotional materials solely for the Program.
6.2. On request, within 3 business days the Affiliate provides placement links, ad account screenshots and campaign statistics.
6.3. On reasonable suspicion of a breach, the Company may for the duration of the review (up to 90 days) suspend payouts and accruals and restrict access to the affiliate dashboard. If the breach is confirmed, unpaid commissions are forfeited and participation is terminated.
6.4. If the breach is not confirmed, restrictions are lifted and legitimately accrued commissions are paid as usual. No commissions accrue for the suspension period.
7. Liability
7.1. The Affiliate is responsible for ad content and the lawfulness of promotion methods.
7.2. The Affiliate compensates the Company for losses, fines and costs arising from their breach of advertising or data protection laws, card network rules or this offer. The Company may deduct them from commissions.
7.3. The Company is not liable for technical failures, platform unavailability, failures of banks and payment systems, or the Affiliate's lost profits.
8. Changes and termination
8.1. The Company may amend this offer by publishing a new version on the website. Continued participation means acceptance.
8.2. Either party may leave the Program with 10 days' notice. In case of breach the Company terminates participation immediately.
8.3. On exit without breach, verified commissions that have passed the hold are paid. No new commissions arise after exit.
8.4. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; a written claim must be sent to support@orris.cards, with a 15-day response period. Governing law — the law of the Company's country of incorporation.
