Orris Cards

Terms of Use

Last updated October 27, 2026

1. General

1.1. These Terms govern access to the orris.cards website, the dashboard and related Orris Cards services (the “Service”) operated by Orris (the “Company”).

1.2. The Company provides a technology platform through which the Customer accesses virtual payment cards and related services of independent licensed financial institutions and card program managers (“Issuers”).

1.3. The Company is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, card issuer or money transmitter. The Company does not issue cards, execute payments or provide regulated financial services. Cards are issued solely by Issuers under their own terms.

1.4. These Terms are a public offer. By signing up and ticking the consent box, the Customer confirms they have read and fully accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and other published Company policies.

1.5. Issuance, servicing, blocking, reissue and closure of cards are determined by the Issuer. The Company does not guarantee that a card will be issued, remain available or support any particular feature or merchant.

1.6. Information on the website is provided for reference only, “as is”.

2. Definitions

  • Account — the Customer's dashboard on the website.
  • Balance — the Account record of the Customer's prepayment for the Company's services.
  • Customer — an individual who has signed up and accepted these Terms.
  • Card — a virtual payment card issued by an Issuer and made available to the Customer through the Service.
  • Pricing — the Service's fees and prices published on the website.

3. Eligibility

By using the Service, the Customer represents and warrants, for the entire period of use, that they:

  • are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity;
  • use the Service for personal lawful purposes and on their own behalf;
  • provide true, complete and up-to-date information;
  • are not subject to sanctions or other restrictions preventing use of the Service;
  • do not breach the laws of the country they are in by using the Service.

The Company may refuse, restrict or terminate access without prior notice if the Customer no longer meets these requirements, breaches these Terms, or if continued service creates legal, regulatory, fraud or reputational risk for the Company, an Issuer or third parties.

4. Customer verification (KYC/AML)

4.1. An email or Telegram account is enough to sign up. However, the Company and the Issuer may at any time request identity documents, source-of-funds information and explanations of transactions where required by law, Issuer rules or for fraud prevention.

4.2. If the Customer fails to provide the requested information on time, or it proves inaccurate, the Company may suspend transactions, block Cards and close the Account.

4.3. Passing verification does not oblige the Company or the Issuer to issue or keep a Card.

5. Services

5.1. Through the Service the Customer can:

  • manage the Account and top up the Balance;
  • issue Cards and fund them from the Balance;
  • view Card details and transaction history;
  • temporarily block (freeze) and close Cards;
  • contact support.

5.2. How it works: the Customer tops up the Balance, pays the Card issue fee from the Balance and moves the desired amount onto the Card. Merchant payments are made only from funds on the Card.

5.3. Freezing a Card declines new authorizations. It does not cancel transactions already authorized and does not guarantee that a merchant will not capture funds under a previously approved transaction. The Customer must cancel subscriptions with the merchant directly.

5.4. The Company may modify, suspend or discontinue individual features of the Service.

6. Customer obligations

  • comply with these Terms, Company policies and Issuer terms;
  • keep login credentials and Card details secret and not share Account access;
  • report any unauthorized access to the Account or a Card to support immediately;
  • not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, gambling or other unlawful activity;
  • not attempt to circumvent technical, geographic or other restrictions of the Service or the Issuer.

The Customer is responsible for all actions taken in their Account using their credentials.

7. Pricing and Balance

7.1. The Customer pays for services according to the Pricing published on the website. The Company may change the Pricing; new Pricing applies from publication.

7.2. Funds credited to the Balance are a prepayment for the Company's services. They are not a bank deposit, electronic money or any other financial product and earn no interest.

7.3. The rate for RUB top-ups and the fee for crypto top-ups are shown before payment. A payment sent to outdated details or over an unsupported network may be lost.

7.4. Fees, exchange differences and third-party charges (banks, blockchain networks, payment systems) are borne by the Customer.

7.5. The card issue fee and card funding are charged to the Balance. Card transaction fees (successful and declined payments, conversion) are charged to the funds on the Card.

7.6. If the Issuer refuses to issue a Card, its issue fee is returned to the Balance.

8. Card closure and refunds

8.1. The Customer may close a Card in the Account at any time. The Card remainder is returned to the Balance minus the closing fee: $5, but no less than 3% of the remainder. If the remainder is below the fee, it is applied to the fee in full. Closing a card with no remainder is free.

8.2. If the Card has pending transactions, the remainder is returned once the Issuer settles them.

8.3. Refunds of prepayment from the Balance outside the Service are not guaranteed. The Company reviews such requests case by case, after the checks in Section 4, and may decline them, including where the Customer breached these Terms or failed verification. Approved refunds are processed within 30 calendar days.

8.4. Merchant refunds, reversals and chargebacks for Card purchases are governed by Issuer and card network rules, not by this Section.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

9.2. The Company is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, or for the consequences of:

  • Issuer decisions to issue, block, restrict or close a Card;
  • a merchant declining a Card;
  • failures of banks, payment systems, blockchain networks, hosting and other third parties;
  • unauthorized Account access caused by the Customer;
  • restrictions imposed under law, sanctions, AML/KYC or risk management requirements;
  • force majeure.

9.3. The Company's aggregate liability is limited to the fees actually paid by the Customer to the Company in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Term and termination

10.1. These Terms apply from acceptance until termination. The Customer may close the Account by contacting support or support@orris.cards, provided there are no outstanding obligations or pending checks.

10.2. The Company may suspend or close the Account in the cases set out in Sections 3, 4 and 6, or when required by law, an Issuer or a competent authority.

10.3. Closing the Account does not by itself entitle the Customer to a refund of prepayment: refunds are handled under Section 8.

10.4. After Account closure the Company retains Customer data for the periods required by law and the Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes and governing law

11.1. Questions and complaints should be sent to support or support@orris.cards. The parties will try to resolve a dispute by negotiation within 30 days.

11.2. Disputes about Card transactions (authorizations, charges, refunds, chargebacks) are resolved under Issuer rules. The Company may help communicate with the Issuer but does not decide the outcome.

11.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Company's country of incorporation. Unresolved disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1. The Company may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the website. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the new version.

12.2. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.

12.3. Notices are sent via the website, the Account, or the email or Telegram provided by the Customer.

12.4. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Russian version prevails.

12.5. Contact: support@orris.cards.
